Terms & Conditions

2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter binding contracts in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for ensuring that using CBitfolio is permitted where you live.
3. Accounts & verification
You may need to verify your identity to access certain features. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account.
4. Peer-to-peer trading
CBitfolio provides infrastructure to connect buyers and sellers of crypto assets. We are not a counterparty to trades unless explicitly stated. Settlement, escrow protection, and dispute review are provided in accordance with our published process.
5. Fees
Fees are disclosed in the app before a trade is confirmed. We do not add hidden spread or routing fees beyond what is shown at the point of confirmation.
6. Prohibited use
You may not use CBitfolio for money laundering, sanctions evasion, fraud, market manipulation, or any unlawful activity. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that breach this section.
7. Risk disclosure
Trading digital assets involves substantial risk and may result in the loss of your invested capital. Crypto markets are volatile, prices can move sharply in either direction, and historical performance does not guarantee future results. You are responsible for evaluating whether any trade is appropriate for your circumstances. CBitfolio does not provide investment, tax, or legal advice.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CBitfolio and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms, suspected fraud, or where required by law. You may close your account at any time, subject to settlement of any open trades.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable to CBitfolio's operating entity. Disputes will be resolved in accordance with the dispute process outlined in the platform documentation.
